Wonderful! Effective! Initially, I took Ukrainian Vit. D3, then switched to this one, consumed it for three months, and repeated the analysis. The result after taking 78 is normal—I raised my levels twofold! I have problems with the thyroid gland (swollen lymph nodes), and I’m considering purchasing iodine here instead of Iodomarin. Overall, Vit. D3 is good and effective.

I take vitamin D3 throughout the year without a break. For spring-summer, I buy a dosage of 1000 units, and for winter-autumn, I switch to 2000 units. I had small nodules on my thyroid gland, which my endocrinologist monitored for many years. However, after using vitamin D3 from this company for a couple of years, I recently had an ultrasound which showed no nodes on the thyroid gland this time. My tests are normal, so I’ll continue taking this vitamin, especially since it’s much cheaper on iHerb than in pharmacies! 😁
